"Came faster than I expected"
I ordered from varsity last minute and thought I might be cutting it too close. But I got the shipping email the next day, and the package showed up just a couple days later. Everything was packed well and arrived in good shape, so I was really relieved since I needed it before the weekend

"Great Spot for an Event"
I went to an event here recently and had a good experience. The place was clean, which I always notice right away, and parking was surprisingly easy, so that was a nice start. Once inside, the seats were comfortable enough and had a good view. Overall, it was a nice venue and everything went smoothly.

"Pretty safety-focused, I guess"
They did seem to care about warmups and following safety rules, which I appreciated. I’m not totally sure they explained the injury-related stuff as clearly as they could have, though. It wasn’t bad, just could’ve used a bit more detail there.

Varsity.com was kinda easy to use, and I found what I needed quickly. The pages loaded fine, the menu made sense, and checkout didn’t feel confusing. Overall, it’s a nice site and I didn’t really have any issues

"Pleasantly surprised by the camp stay and food"
My daughter stayed at the Varsity.com camp, the lodging was a little better than we were expecting. The rooms were simple, but they were clean, and she really liked being close to everything during such a busy week. It wasn’t fancy, but it was comfortable enough and worked out well.

The meals were a nice surprise too. She definitely had some favorites more than others, but she always had enough to eat, and there were other options when she wasn’t into the main meal. Overall, it ended up being a really good experience.

I ordered my usual size and it fit mostly how I expected. The sleeves was a little tight, but not enough to bother me much. Overall, I’m happy with it, though I’d definitely say check the size chart before you buy.

"Livestream actually worked great all weekend"
I used varsity.com to watch my daughter’s cheer event, the livestream was surprisingly solid. I was fully expecting freezing, random cutouts, or some little tech disaster, because that’s usually how these things like to go, but it actually worked without giving me a headache. The picture loaded quickly and stayed clear most of the time, which was a nice change. It made it so much easier for family to watch from home instead of everyone missing out. Very happy with it, which I wasn’t totally prepared to be.

I thought the prices were fair overall. It wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of either. The quality matched what I paid, and that matters to me. I’d rather support a place that charges a reasonable price and delivers decent value than one that cuts corners just to be cheaper.

"Return process was frustrating"

"Helpful and easy to deal with"
The staff were really professional and easy to talk to, which I appreciated. I had a few questions, nothing huge, just the kind of stuff you wonder about after the fact, and they answered everything without making it feel like a hassle. The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that the reply took a little longer than I was hoping, but overall, I was happy with the help I got.

"Good view from the seats"
I went to watch my daughter’s team and the seats were better than I thought they’d be. We had a clear view of the whole floor and didn’t feel like we were sitting miles away. I asked someone working there about where to go between sessions and they basically said, “It gets a little tight, but it clears out quick,” which was accurate. The lines moved fine for the most part too. It did get a bit crowded when sessions changed over, but overall it was a solid setup for spectators.
